Last week as I was riding my bike to work around 8:45 am. As I rode past the park I saw a man in the handball court tapping on a sheet of plastic/something flatsmoothanddark. Tap dancing. He was tap dancing and he wore a blue velour sweat suit. At least, I choose to believe it was velour.
